To provide administrative and clerical support to the VP, Strategy & Analytics and the department.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform administrative functions to the VP, Strategy & Analytics, and other executives to make discretionary decisions and interface with all internal departments.
  • Maintain a comprehensive calendar file for the VP and keep track of appointment schedules and arrangement of business meetings.
  • Collate, screen and distribute incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Prepare and facilitate travel arrangements for the VP and other teammates. Assist in preparation of supportive documents.
  • Answer correspondence and compose memoranda and letters.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
  • Take charge of administrative tasks for the department, including but not limited to issuing of PRs, printing of business cards, replenishing stationery and enrolling training.
  • Coordinate with vendors and prepare necessary documents for service contracts through Supply Chain.
  • Maintain cleanliness and the standard of the office environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments' executive assistants to work as a team.
  • Act as a main contact point of the department.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Service standards are consistent with department's expectations
  • Records are kept in a systematic way for easy reference and retrieving
  • Constructive relationships are built with team members and customers
  • Ensure the department is operating in the most efficient manner
  • Adhere to relevant policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

E xperience

  • At least 2 years work experience, preferably in an administrative role
  • Experience in gaming industry is preferred

Education

  • University graduate preferred

Skills / Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in using Excel, Powerpoint, Word and other MS Office apps. & Visio
  • Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese.
