Job Description
深圳市 南山区

Responsibilities:

1.To support CDO and office operation, including secretarial and administrative support to management.

2.Administer CDO's Calendar and daily agenda.

3.As requirement by CDO, make regular business reports according to instructions

4.Arrange meeting and important visit schedule.

5.Ensure efficient communication with central functions and departments.

6.Support to make business plan and Headcount budget.

7.Provide support for projects/tasks assigned by CDO.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor and above degree.

2. More than 3 years work experience in executive assistant or secretary in Multinational companies.

3. Good communication skills and business understanding.

4. Good practice of MS Office, especially Power Point & Excel.

5. Fluent in English & Mandarin is must.
