Organize GM’s activities so as to make the best use of the time and meet requirements and priorities.
Perform advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices.
Prepare correspondence, reports, etc., screen telephone calls and visitors, and resolve routine and complex inquiries.
Schedule appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements.
Assist in drafting and preparing business and/or legal documents as requested by GM.
Work as translator and interpreter to support GM’s jobs.
Other administrative support as required to GM.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree and 3+ years relevant secretarial experience in MNC.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skill in English
