Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize GM’s activities so as to make the best use of the time and meet requirements and priorities.


  • Perform advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices.

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, etc., screen telephone calls and visitors, and resolve routine and complex inquiries.

  • Schedule appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements.


  • Assist in drafting and preparing business and/or legal documents as requested by GM.


  • Work as translator and interpreter to support GM’s jobs.


  • Other administrative support as required to GM.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree and 3+ years relevant secretarial experience in MNC.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication skill in English
