Responsibilities:

Support to HRD


  • Provide timely and effective administrative support to HRD and schedule daily agenda, including travel management, meeting arrangement…

  • Prepare data and slides for HRD, take notes or minutes in some meetings, seminars as required

  • Assist HRD in maintaining communication loop with global, regional and local teams and other business staff

  • Provide project tracking/analysis and discuss results


Expat Management


  • Working permit and residence permit application/renewal

  • Contact with vendor and make payment for expat expenses, eg. car, house, school tuition


HR Admin


  • Coordinate and support employees on Hukou application

  • Orientation arrangement

  • Kindergarten fee claim


Company Events


  • Interface and communicate with the other executive assistants, communication team with company events & meetings

  • Host and coordinate major visits to the region

  • Support CSR committee to organize CSR activities


Others: other tasks requested by the manager


Requirements:


  • Oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese

  • Exceptional planning, organizing and coordinating skill

  • Detail orientated

  • Good team spirit with sense of responsibility

  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.

  • Skilled in multitask and able to prioritize assignments with tight deadlines

  • Education: Bachelor degree above
