Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to senior management
- Organize meetings, prepare agenda, minutes and related documents
- Coordinate and liaise with different internal and external parties
- Prepare and compose correspondences, presentation materials and reports
- Assist in ad-hoc analytical tasks and projects
Requirements
- Degree holder major in Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and well-organized
- Sensitive with numbers, analytical and detail-oriented
- Nimble learner
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
