Job Description
Melco Resorts & Entertainment (NASDAQ: MLCO), a leading developer, owner and operator of casino gaming and entertainment resort facilities in Asia. The Company currently owns and operates City of Dreams, its flagship integrated resort and home to the world’s largest water extravaganza - The House of Dancing Water; Studio City, a cinematically-themed integrated resort; Altira Macau, a Forbes 5-star luxury hotel; and the Mocha Clubs, a series of lifestyle and entertainment clubs in Macau. In the Philippines, a subsidiary of the Company operates and manages City of Dreams Manila, an integrated resort in the Entertainment City complex in Manila.
POSITION SUMMARY:
To provide secretarial and project administrative support to the Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources / Corporate Social Responsibility Officer.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform administrative functions to the Executive Vice President, make discretionary decisions and interface with all appropriate internal departments.
Maintain a comprehensive calendar and files for Executive Vice President, ensure required reports are properly prepared and submitted on a timely basis.
Organize appointment schedules and arrangement of business meetings
Prepare and facilitate travel arrangements.
Organize data on excel
Assist in formatting and creation of PowerPoint presentations
Familiarity with all IT processes, applications and usage
Assist in answering correspondence, compose memoranda and letters
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials and its filing
Manage all department paperwork and items as required: collate, screen, distribute, file
Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies
Coordinate with the other departments’ Executive Assistants and to work as a team
Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
Minimum ten years working experience
Minimum five years computer experience, with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio
Minimum five years executive secretarial experience
Education
University graduate
Fluent in Cantonese and English
