Overview

The Executive Assistant role is an important administrative role that provides secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager and the China Executive Team as well as assisting in various projects and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

- Conduct oral and written translation
口头和书面的翻译(中英互译)
- Check, collate and produce operational reporting
检查,准备和制作运营报告
- Arrange travel arrangements and reimbursements
进行出行安排和报销的申请
- Arrange meetings, agenda’s and document meeting minutes and proper preparation
安排会议,总经的行程。有需要时进行会议记录和进行相应的准备安排工作
- Assist Executives in a wide variety of tasks on a daily basis such as:
协助管理团队进行日常的工作支持,例如:
- Conducting interviews
协调面试
- Assisting in induction training
协助管理层员工的入职培训
- Report building and data analysis
制作报告和进行数据分析
- Conducting research
进行调研
- Creating presentations
制作PPT
- Purchasing and vendor sourcing
日常采购和供应商搜索
- Customer service
客服管理的支持
- Data entry
数据录入
- Business support case by case

- Other tasks assigned by superior manager

Requirements
要求
- College or university degree
大学本科及以上学历
- A minimum of 4 years working experience, including experience in an international company
至少4年工作经验,包括跨国公司的经验
- Excellent oral and written English and Chinese translation skills
出色的中英文翻译技巧
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel and PowerPoint
熟练操作Microsoft Office 系统,特别是Excel和PPT
- Highly organized, detailed and excellent communication skills
优秀的组织性,关注细节,出色的沟通技巧
Candidates with previous secretarial or administration management experience are preferred.
具备秘书经验或者行政管理经验的应聘者将优先考虑
