Job Description
To provide secretarial and project administrative support to the Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources / Corporate Social Responsibility Officer.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform administrative functions to the Executive Vice President, make discretionary decisions and interface with all appropriate internal departments.
- Maintain a comprehensive calendar and files for Executive Vice President, ensure required reports are properly prepared and submitted on a timely basis.
- Organize appointment schedules and arrangement of business meetings.
- Prepare and facilitate travel arrangements.
- Organize data on excel
- Assist in formatting and creation of PowerPoint presentations
- Familiarity with all IT processes, applications and usage
- Assist in answering correspondence, compose memoranda and letters.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials and its filing.
- Manage all department paperwork and items as required: collate, screen, distribute, file.
- Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
- Coordinate with the other departments’ Executive Assistants and to work as a team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- Minimum ten years working experience
- Minimum five years computer experience, with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio
- Minimum five years executive secretarial experience
Education
- University graduate
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
