Job Description

工作职责Job Responsibilities:

1. 管理维护高级管理人员的日程表 Manage and maintain executives’ schedules

2. 接打电话并将其及时有效地转接给相关负责人员 Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate person promptly and efficiently

3. 按要求准备所需的工作文件、记录、演示材料、报告以及邮件信函等 Prepare for memos, letters, presentation materials, reports, emails and other documents as required

4. 为高级管理人员安排出差行程及预订事宜,以及日常费用报销 Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management, and manage reimbursements

5. 协助高级管理人员安排各种会议以及客户相关活动 Assist executive management to arrange various meetings and client related activities

6. 为高级管理人员翻译中文文件以及担任中英文会议的口译 Translate and interpret for executive management between Chinese and English

7. 阅读分析收到的备忘录、提交的文件、报告,并根据重要程度分发给不同人员 Read and analyze incoming memo, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution

8. 接待来访者并确认是否将其引荐给特定的负责人 Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals

9. 处理日常往来邮件 Communicate and handle correspondence emails on behalf of the executive management

10. 履行公司要求的除上述工作职责之外的任何与公司的目标相关的工作任务 Perform any task above and beyond these duties as requested by the company in conjunction with the company’s goals and objectives



任职资格Requirements:

  • 本科及以上学历,2年以上相关工作经验 Bachelor degree or above, at least 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • 熟练使用英语作为日常工作语言 Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • 熟练使用计算机办公软件Familiar with Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
  • 快速发展的环境中,能妥善地同时处理多项任务,努力达到目标 Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through on issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • 良好的沟通协调能力,关注细节,有服务意识 Good communication and coordination skills, pay attention to details, service oriented
  • 具备乐观、活力、积极、和专业的工作态度An upbeat, energetic, positive, and professional attitude
