BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
This position is responsible for providing the comprehensive supports and services to key managements in Asia Pacific; Manage administrative tasks and coordinate business event/activities and related projects assigned.
Core Accountabilities
- Implement variety of administrative assignments for executives including: expense report, confidential correspondence, business travel plan, etc.
- Manage the operationalization of leader’s relationships, which cover operating rhythm / Daily Calendar, travel Calendar & Global visitors, manage the message regarding Leadership, Professionalism, OGSM and consensus / morale issues.
- Setup, coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences including global dial in and web meetings with international counterpart and vendors;
- Arrange China tracking 183 days travel , visit to Macau
- Organize business event, project activities with related stakeholders, and monitor the progress and quality;
- Review and edits documents prepared for executives approval or signature;
- Maintain leader’s office in a cleaning & decoration manner
- Managing leader’s tasks & deliverables including company chop and workflow approval
- Ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned from time to time
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Communications, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years with relevant working experience;
Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese);
Able to communicate with all levels, excellent interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility;
Strong project management skills;
Proactive and organized;
Mature, pleasant and dedicated;
Political acuity;
Good PC skills, familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, English and Chinese Word Processing;
