Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support executives by providing executive level administrative support, receiving clients and visitors, arranging travel and correspondence.
- Organize and coordinate business meetings and make meeting minutes, responsible for the meeting material or agenda preparation& compiling.
- Assist in leading and coordinating with functional departments, especially in the relationship and business handling between departments; hold business meetings for communication or discussion with departments when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- University Degree or above;
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken;
- Good coordination skill and customer focus;
- Good skills on Microsoft office( especially PPT ) and other productivities software tools;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Consulting company background, familiar with logistics industry;
- 3 years of assistant experience or above.
