Responsibilities:

  • Support executives by providing executive level administrative support, receiving clients and visitors, arranging travel and correspondence.
  • Organize and coordinate business meetings and make meeting minutes, responsible for the meeting material or agenda preparation& compiling.
  • Assist in leading and coordinating with functional departments, especially in the relationship and business handling between departments; hold business meetings for communication or discussion with departments when necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree or above;
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken;
  • Good coordination skill and customer focus;
  • Good skills on Microsoft office( especially PPT ) and other productivities software tools;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Consulting company background, familiar with logistics industry;
  • 3 years of assistant experience or above.
