1.Provide calendar management (plan, arrange and coordinate various meetings) and logistics support for commercial / integration meetings
2.Preparation of document and presentations for monthly and quarterly meeting, presentation material preparation, documents filing and translation.
3.Organizing company events, visitor trips,etc.
4.Support daily office administration;
5.Other ad hoc projects as required by management.
Major Requirements:
1.Around 2 to 3 years work experience, good English communication skills
2.Experience in managing calendar, travel, play an active role in helping manager be effective and moving forward
3.Positive working attitude, Can-do attitude, always work diligently and cheerfully without supervision
4.Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with internal & external parties
5.Passionate, entrepreneurial, self-motivated and result-driven
6.Experience in organizing different events (e.g. annual dinner, office activities) is definitely an advantage
