To provide administrative, coordination and planning and organizing support to the Sales Leader and key members of the team to enable the team to excel at their jobs, be connected globally, run efficiently, communicate effectively and to be able to continuously improve the way the team runs to execute our programs with excellence.

  • Diary ownership and management 
  • Liaison with EA’s and Senior Leaders around the Globe to enable effective Operating Rhythms across multiple time zones
  • Implementation and ongoing management of the Operating Rhythms
  • Responsibility for taking minutes and action items of meetings and following up action items in between meetings to ensure completion
  • Document and file management for the team
  • Management of expense accounts, tracking of expenditure and management of expense processing
  • Management of birthday, leave and holiday calendars and processes
  • Responsibility for travel plans for the team and management of the team travel budget
  • Event organization and management of team off-sites and events
  • Preparation and delivery of requirements for global requests
  • Coming up with ideas to make the team run more effectively and efficiently

Key Skills and Experience

  • Business / Commerce/Marketing Degree Qualified (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Min 5 -10 years’ experience working in a  commercial business function
  • Outstanding planning and organizing skills
  • Proactivity  - able to think ahead and anticipate what might happen. Ability to work under pressure.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communicator
  • Team player – high energy and passionate about impacting team dynamics
  • Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and care about quality of work
