Executive Assistant Seeking a dynamic professional to support the Customer Success Management and Cloud Technical support organization globally. Candidate should thrive in a fast paced environment and have a passion to deliver the best experiences for our customers. Core Administration Activities include: - Set up agendas, send out meeting invites, find suitable time zones for global team - Organize TEAM Folders/ internal Share Point Sites - Organizes prep calls for onsite meeting, inform stakeholders , guest speakers, brief guest speakers on meeting format - Help with travel logistics ( e.g. COVID regulations, request process with HR) - Organizes new employee onboarding – laptop purchases, new employee onboarding kit - Manage purchasing transactions for team - Manage travel and expense reports - Help to create a positive culture among the team. . This role will report directly to SVP, Customer Success . Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience • Minimum 5-10 years experience providing administrative support to sales organization • Strong Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Sharepoint skills • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities • Must be proficient with collaboration meeting tools, such as Teams • Strong communication and influence management • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
