Job Description

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent
  • Level 4 or equivalent or above in both Chinese and English Language in HKCEE or Grade B or above in both Chinese and English Language (Syll B) in the HKCEE before 2007 or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years' post-qualification work experience, preferably in administrative works, publicity activities, and / or research studies
  • Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing, etc.
  • A good command of Chinese and English (both written and spoken); and
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, good problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Job Duties
  • Conduct research in relation to telecommunications, person-to-person telemarketing (P2P) calls, etc.:
  • Provide support in liaising with government departments and related bodies to implement public education and publicity activties in relation to P2P calls
  • Provide executive support in preparing report to / briefing for the Legislative Council members: and
  • Assist in other tasks assigned
