Responsibilities:

• (work related to mobile app development/marketing consist approximately 80% of your work)
• Assist MD to research developing software and mobile apps in order; arranging and coordinating with external expertise such as designers. Currently we are developing Meditation Time app and another project, so you will be assigned into these projects.

• Planning promotional tactics such as SNS promotions, jointly with MD from perspective of IT promotion/advertisement.  See the events we organized in the past: https://events.topeaseasia.com/
• Assist MD to research organizing about: testing, maintenance, upgrade and documentation with external expertise such as designers(no specific knowledge is needed at entry time; however, we require to gain the skill in OJT fashion).

• Creating conceptual idea for mobile apps by carrying out research on relevant area

• (work related to mobile app development/marketing consist approximately 20% of your work)
• Provide full set of background work: administration, secretarial and clerical work for colleagues.
• Arrange scheduling for the director and colleagues: such as meeting, travel booking and recordings.

Requirements:

• Native level in Cantonese; High quality written and spoken English (Over IELTS 7.0, HKDSE 5 or equivalent qualifications such as TOEFL, TOEIC or degree from higher education institution of English Speaking Countries); Japanese or Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Undergraduate degree or diploma in ANY field with a strong interest in digital/computer & Art / Concept making field.
• (Optional but plus) If you have degree/experience of Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar disciplines OR Creative or Art disciplines are preferably considered.
• 1 year or more relevant work experience is a plus; but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Good team player, honest / stable personality and mature, with excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
• Must be a Hong Kong permanent resident
• (Optional) Good knowledge of developing native Android / iOS/ applications; Java, C, C++, Python are plus.
• (Optional) Art / Creative degree or experience (Optional) Art / Creative degree or experience
• (Optional)Traditional web development skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) also beneficial.
• (Optional)Bringing demos are welcome during interview;
