1. Provide administrative and clerical support to the day-to-day operations of Medical Report Office.
2. Assist in data collection/ entry/ analysis and preparation of various reports.
3. Perform record filing, retrieval and photocopying of medical records.
4. Release patient information in line with the provisions of Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
5. Handle medical report applications and data access requests.
6. Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders such as departments and clients/ patients
7. Co-ordinate meetings/ programs/ activities and write minutes for meetings.
8. Handle enquiries/ feedbacks and draft correspondences.
9. Supervise supporting staff.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements :
1. University Graduates with experience; OR
2. F.5 / S.5 with
(a) HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language; OR
(b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
(i) Level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language; AND
(ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary Subjects / "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in other Language subjects.
AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience in Medical Report Office.
Preferable Attributes/ Exposure:
1. 2 years working experience on handling medical reports and data access requests.
2. Knowledge of HA IT System including PDARTS, eHRSS, MRTS, IPAS etc.
3. Proficiency in common computer software (e.g. MS office, including Chinese Word processing).
4. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
5. Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Remarks :
1. The selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed term appointment for up to 3 years depending on his/her existing employment terms. The offer of salary for serving employees upon changes in appointment will be determined based on the remuneration package/employment terms of the staff concerned and prevailing policies.
2. Selected candidate may be required to perform shift duty and wear uniform.
3. Selected candidate may be required to work in another work location to meet service needs of the HA.
4. Renewal of contract will depend on funding, operational needs and appointee's performance.
