Pay: HK$20,801 to HK$24,611 per month
Job
1. Provide executive support to meetings, including logistic support, preparation of presentation materials, reports, and papers.
2. Assist in the engagement of patient groups, and support the planning, coordination, execution and reporting of related programs as supervised.
3. Provide assistance in organizing forums, events, trainings for volunteers and staff in Patient Resource Centres.
4. Carry out office administrative and clerical duties including procurement support, handling enquiries, filing and record keeping according to document control policy.
5. Perform any other associated duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
1. (a) University Graduates with working experience; OR
2. (b) Form 5 / Secondary 5 with:
(i) HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (Syl. B) and Chinese Language; or
(ii) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects;
AND relevant diploma AND related working experience.
Preferred Attributes/Exposure
1. Three years of relevant working experience in clerical work and executive support.
2. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-motivated, well-organised, able to work independently and willing to work under flexible hours.
5. Proficiency in common computer software, including MS Office especially PowerPoint Presentation and Excel spreadsheet and, as well as Chinese word processing.
Remarks
1. May be required to work in another work location to meet service needs of the HA.
For Serving HA Staff
2. Selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed term appointment for 3 years depending on his/her existing employment terms. The offer of salary for serving employees upon changes in appointment will be determined based on the remuneration package / employment terms of the staff concerned and prevailing policies.
For External Applicants
3. Appointment will be on contract terms for 3 years. 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance.
4. Retiring / retired HA staff who wish to continue working for HA after their normal retirement may also apply. If selected, the terms and conditions of employment will be offered in accordance with prevailing policies of the Retired and Rehire Mechanism of HA.
