Job Overview
Provide administrative support to the CEO/President of Daimler Coaches North America. Perform a variety of confidential support, technical, project and administrative functions requiring thorough knowledge of organizational procedures.
Responsibilities
- Support management in organizational topics
- Generate and process purchase requests, purchase orders and goods receipts
- Interface between DCNA and public authorities (e.g. DMV) to administer required company licenses.
- Effectively handle sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information.
- Establish and maintain confidential files and records, releasing documents and other information requiring the use of discretion as to the nature and extent of distribution.
- Coordinate with internal partners to support the team, i.e. facilities management, equipment orders, seating plans, etc.
- General administrative tasks, such as meeting minutes, powerpoint updates and event scheduling.
- Onboarding of new hires and interns, create documentation on processes and best practice.
- Manage office and business needs for supplies, materials, tools, IT equipment, and other resources.
- Manage and maintain schedules and appointments, catering, and travel (Domestic & International) arrangements for executives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
