Job Overview


We are in need of an Executive Assistant to support the Head of Sales, Marketing, Finance & Data Technologies. In this role, the candidate will work closely with the SFDT leadership team to execute on projects, strategy, and daily business operations. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with other business units, suppliers, and customers. The ideal candidate is a highly self-motivated individual, who can effectively manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines, works well independently, but also works well within a team environment.

Responsibilities 
- Serve as the first level contact with internal and external business partners and customers with administrative and project support as assigned.
Generate executive level status reports for visibility and prioritization.


- Develop and/or assist in PowerPoint presentations including content creation and formatting.


- Support the purchasing process including the creation of requisitions and approval of invoices.


- Act as the lead coordinator for all event planning for team building activities, special events, etc.


- Track, follow-up, and publish action items from planning through execution with appropriate timely escalation, when required.


- Document and publish meeting minutes to ensure maximum accountability.


- Support team with travel plans including expense reports, schedules, onsite catering, team events, and other tasks as needed.


- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- 3 years of related experience and a high school diploma (or equivalent); or an associates degree with 1 year of related experience required.


- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. required.

- Demonstrated collaborative approach to problem solving required.


- Ability to multi-task and prioritize independently required.


- Verbal and written communication skills required.


- Ability to multi-task and prioritize independently required.


- Ability to effectively manage time to meet deadlines required.


- Detail oriented, reliable, and self-motivated required.


- SAP and Concur experience preferred.


- Customer focused preferred.


- Prior training or education experience preferred
