Job Description
Responsibility:
- Assist the General Manager in managing the daily operation of the hotel
- Support the Front Office daily operation whenever necessary
- Ensure excellent customer services delivered at all times
- Work closely with various teams and lead the team to achieve set objectives
- - Demonstrate "can-do" attitude and develop positive working atmosphere
- Handle and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Ensure the operations are in compliance with statutory requirements, house rules, operational standards, etc
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in hospitality management or related discipline
- 8 years or above in hotel management including but not limited to Front Office operations
- Strong leadership skills, able to build and lead the team work towards same goal
- Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving skills and attention to details
- Knowledge in OPERA is expected
- Working on weekends and Public Holidays are required
