Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Assist the General Manager in managing the daily operation of the hotel
  • Support the Front Office daily operation whenever necessary
  • Ensure excellent customer services delivered at all times
  • Work closely with various teams and lead the team to achieve set objectives
  • - Demonstrate "can-do" attitude and develop positive working atmosphere
  • Handle and resolve complaints in a timely manner
  • Ensure the operations are in compliance with statutory requirements, house rules, operational standards, etc
  • Any other duties as assigned


Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in hospitality management or related discipline
  • 8 years or above in hotel management including but not limited to Front Office operations
  • Strong leadership skills, able to build and lead the team work towards same goal
  • Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving skills and attention to details
  • Knowledge in OPERA is expected
  • Working on weekends and Public Holidays are required
