Job Description

Our client, a Asian Foundation is looking for a high caliber to join

 

Responsibilities:

  • To assist Chairman and committee to provide all rounded administration of fund operations & management report etc 
  • To participate and carry out marketing materials review and editing, activities & travel arrangement and related coordination and administration support
  • To arrange, coordinate and to participate fund raising activities (local and overseas) and conference etc
  • Act as executive secretary to provide all-round secretarial support to Chairman 
  • To participate ad hoc assignments as assigned


Requirements:

  • University degree graduate
  • With good knowledge of legal & Compliance is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Charity Fund / Foundation / NGO etc
  • Team player, self-motivated with strong customer-service mindset; 
  • Good organization, communication and presentation skills; 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin; 
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office include Excel, Powerpoint.
