RESEARCH OFFICE
The Office is looking for a dynamic and dedicated person to fill the post. The successful candidate will join the Research Grants Management Team and provide administrative support for the overall management of research contracts and grants.
Roles and responsibilities
- Process research proposals and research ethics applications;
- Prepare statistics and relevant reports;
- Liaise with external/internal parties for research grant-related activities; and
- Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Applicants should have
- A good bachelor’s degree, preferably with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience;
- Literacy in computer applications including MS Access and web applications;
- An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical ability and a strong sense of responsibility.
Initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of 2 years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
