PT Executive Assistant/ PT Hostess

What you will be doing:

• You will offer warm and welcoming communication by phone, in person and in writing to our internal and external guests and assist with any special requests from the General Manager and provide the highest level of care and professionalism.
• You will manage all Executive Adminstration calls, field questions and respond to guests feedback where needed in thoughtful and independent manner. You will exercise good judgment and a strong intuition to anticipate the needs of each request and guest.
• You will collaborate with the Executive Adminstration team to assist where needed with special events. This role may call for you to wear “many hats”, as well as maintaining your work area in a organised manner, properly handling purchases and credit card transactions, while maintaining meticoulus records and so on. 
• As a hostess, you will be a key Ambassador and the face of our restaurant. Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the Outlets where guests can ‘Live the French Way.’
• Work in an upscale, luxury environment and connect with guests from all over the world.
   
• You will be part of a dynamic team of Food & Beverage service professionals, all working together to provide hand-tailored servicer and service from the heart

Your experience and skills include:

• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and problem solving skills. An ability to work under pressure while maintaining a sense of poise and professionalism.
