Executive Assistant

The School of Graduate Studies is established for strengthening the central support for postgraduate programmes as well as the monitoring of their quality in alignment with the University’s strategic direction of expanding and providing quality postgraduate education.
The appointee will be required to provide a wide range of support to matters pertaining to postgraduate studies, including student admissions and publicity, registration, maintenance of student records, assessment and financial sponsorships, and day-to-day academic services to postgraduate students. The appointee will also be required to offer counter services, answer students’ enquiries, support the office management of the School, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Applicants should have (i) preferably a Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary qualification with at least 3 years' administrative experience; (ii) good analytical and logical thinking, and interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills; (iii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua); (iv) a strong sense of responsibility; and (v) high proficiency in MS office applications and other IT applications.
Candidates with more experience will also be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.
Salary and Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
