Job Description

Mobility is the goal

  • Project President coordination

  • Analysis and reporting

  • Organize and maintain PRESIDENT's schedule, and make appointments

  • Set up and President coordinate management meetings and conferences

  • Attend management meetings as required and take minutes

  • Make travel arrangements for PRESIDENT (domestic and overseas, booking hotel and flight tickets

according to different requests)

  • Receive PRESIDENT’s visitors and set up accommodation and schedules

  • Translation and interpretation: Chinese/English

  • Participate in SHW’s event projects

  • Handle all reimbursements and expenses for PRESIDENT


Mobility needs you

  • Good command of English both in oral and written, German is a plus

  • Frequent user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to handle multi-tasks

  • Good communication skill and presentation skill, teamwork and result-oriented

  • Willing to learn and to take challenges

  • In principle international mobility from long perspective

  • Bachelor Degree or above with major in engineering, oversea background

  • 1-2 years experiences
