GRADUATE SCHOOL

The Graduate School supports the development of the University’s strategic directions and provides central administration for the University’s research efforts and postgraduate education.  We are now looking for a dynamic and dedicated person to perform administration duties for research administration team.

Roles and responsibilities 

• Process research proposals and research ethics applications;
• Prepare statistics and relevant reports;
• Liaise with external/internal parties for research grant related activities; and
• Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

Applicants should 

• have a good Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience;
• be literate in computer applications including MS Access and web applications;
• have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua),
• have strong communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical ability and a strong sense of responsibility.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
