GRADUATE SCHOOL

The Graduate School supports the development of the University’s strategic directions and provides central administration for the University’s research efforts and postgraduate education. We are now looking for a dynamic and dedicated person to perform administration duties for taught postgraduate programmes.

Roles and responsibilities 

• Process application and admission for professional doctorate and taught postgraduate programmes;
• Manage student records;
• Coordinate class schedules and teaching assignments;
• Compile statistics and relevant reports;
• Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

Applicant should have 

• a good Bachelor’s degree.
• a minimum of two years of relevant work experience, preferably in administering taught postgraduate programmes.
• excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), strong communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical ability and a strong sense of responsibility.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
