Job Description

Admin
• Manage CEO calendar according to the topics and urgency and follow up with relevant teams for the meeting materials. 
• Screen CEO’s emails and response/follow up for the topics when required.
• Arrange regular and irregular meetings for CEO and set up VC/calls when required.
• Organize business trips for CEO and arrange flight bookings, rental cars, hotels, etc.
• Communicate with HQ and dealers for any business matters.
• Admin & visitor support (visitor card registration, parking ticket, mailing operation, itinerary, etc.)
• Support various company events etc.

Business Coordinate
• Support communication flow and ensuring proper follow up with the MC and Business Units with the tasks assigned by the CEO
• Participating in meetings and writing meeting minutes.
• Coordinating strategy projects and ensuring proper follow up with the Business Units.
• Coordinate and cooperate within company and with branches
 
 

Education
4 year University


Experience
Minimum 3~4yrs of job experiences in relevant fields.


Specific knowledge
- Fluent in English (both written & speaking)
- Proficent knowledge of Daimler companies , DTK business, and automotive industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to produce and coordinate various business presentations
