Job Description

Job Summary

  • To work closely with CEO Greater China to provide administrative support
  • To be CEO Greater China’s first point of contact with people from inside and outside the organization, helping CEO Greater China to make the best use of his time by dealing with secretarial, administrative and commercial tasks


Responsibilities

  • Review and edit reports/business cases submitted to Group
  • Liaise with key stakeholders at Group of GCEO, GCFO, GCOO and Group Chief of Staff
  • Influence and communicate across Country leadership group
  • Accompany CEO Greater China to provide interpretation
  • To arrange travel and accommodation and occasionally, travel with CEO to provide general assistance
  • To screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • To organize and maintain memo for CEO; to make appointments, take minutes when necessary
  • To produce documents, brief papers, reports and presentations; translate for CEO Greater China when necessary
  • To welcome and look after visitors and clients
  • Other tasks assigned by CEO Greater China.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above, with medical major and/or oversea education preferred
  • With 5+ years’ relevant working experience in a multinational company or Joint-Venture
  • Working background with Medical and/or Health Care is a bonus
  • Excellent listening, oral and written English and Mandarin
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, excellent communication skills
  • Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • High integrity, totally confidential and sense of humor
