Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified executive assistant who can serve as the administrative bridge between Chairman/CEO and our growing team, especially people overseas. In this role you will support our Chairman/CEO. We need a team player with strong administrative, communication and language in native English preferred, and organizational skills with an emphasis on flexible problem solving. You will be working with a team of people who are juggling multiple complex demands and priorities.

Principal Responsibilities:

1) Supporting the CEO and executive team and board members through daily management of meetings, projects, and staff as required.
2) Proofreading and editing drafts of English reports, emails, and other work for the executive team.
3) Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action (referral or response) exercising judgement to reflect CEO’s style, objectives, and goals.
4) Assisting with special projects as needed.
5) Supporting business operations efforts as required.

Necessary Skills & Experience:

1) Excellent communication (oral and written in English), collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
2) Strong business writing, proof-reading, and editing in English.
3) Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
4) Self-directed, able to take initiative, problem solving, and exercise independent judgment.
5) Ability to prioritize with minimal oversight.
6) Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
7) Exhibits a growth and learning mindset and has a foundational understanding of structural and interpersonal marginalization, discrimination, and racism.
8) 2+ years experience in roles that include internal management, coordination, and administrative duties.
