Job Description

The company was founded in 2012 by Syed Asim Hussain and Christopher Mark, whom together share decades of experience in hospitality and business development, along with a zest for travel and discovering dining subcultures.

 

Job Description:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support for Director
  • Manage Director’s schedule
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for Director
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues;
  • Handle personal matters in a professional manner
  • Assist in ad hoc project as required

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of relevant Executive Assistant experience
  • Experience in supporting top management is preferred
  • A candidate who has supervisory experience is preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task with tight deadlines and unpressure
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • An energetic, proactive, and collaborative attitude with a passion for food & beverage!
