Job Description
Eaton’s CRDS - RWD division is currently seeking a Executive Assistant to Plant Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Cd. Juarez, MX. facility. The Executive Assistant to Plant Manager is responsible for make daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports; make meeting request as needed; Eaton’s conference rooms control, organize communications meetings, plan and organize visitors’ travels. Execute communication posts, special campaigns, company special events and community service activities. Other activities as needed. Some activities related with the position will be: Make the On Time Performance and Stock Fill Rate daily reports of units produced, and e mail them. Make the Daily Sales Report and the daily Back Log report and e mail it. Documentation control for signature Follow up with Staff and concentrate the information in order to make the Monthly Communications Meeting presentation on PowerPoint. Control all documents to be signed by the Plant Manager. (Purchase reqs, overtime, vacations, etc). Assist in travel plans and expense reporting for plant staff Control the inventory of refreshments. Coordinate meetings in the Eaton Conference rooms. Issue purchase requisitions for needed articles. Make translations of information to staff when needed. Control and document the information of workdays of US Personnel. Plan and execute visitors travel agenda, stay, catering, meetings, etc. Provide assistance to employees as needed. Elaborate and coordinate communication post and campaigns supporting HR department. Send salary employees birthday emails. Support HR in special company events Support Community Service Committee activities Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred 2+ years of experience in the same position or similar. English required 90% (spoken and written) Ability for daily tasks and translations Management treatment Proactive Creative Multitask Proficient with MS Office Good communication skills Excellent service attitude Preferred Qualifications: Teamwork. Results orientation / Strong Sense of Urgency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
