Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of secretarial and administration support to Chairman / Directors / Senior Executives
  • Prepare business correspondences, presentation materials, financial reports, and meeting munities including documents drafting, translation, emails, letters, etc
  • Organize meeting schedules, prepare agenda and minutes
  • Arrange itinerary of Chairman / Directors / Senior management, business partners, investors, meeting attendees & perform proper reception
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication and smooth operations
  • Keep track of progress in multiple tasks and projects
  • Implement effective information management and sharing systems
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Translation, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a varied PA/EA role in a sizable organization
  • Possessing working experience in Architectural firm will be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proactive, highly organized, presentable and detail-minded with stable work history
  • Motivated, proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Accurate a proficient use of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluency in English & Mandarin is a must and the ability to translate verbally and by written documents from English to Chinese and vice-versa is essential
  • Willing to travel
