Role Descriptions
Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the talent and managing all food related functions. Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility. Supervise all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced. Responsible for guiding and developing all talent. Must ensure food hygiene standards and standard operating procedures are achieved. Areas of responsibility comprise overseeing all food preparation areas and all support areas.
Job Requirements
Experience - minimum 10 years experience in a 5-star luxury hotel or equivalent role, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity
Education - Culinary Certification from local and or internationally recognised culinary organisation
Language skills - fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
W Look - appear confident, well-groomed
W Personality - warm, welcoming, smiling and pleasant
