What you will be doing:

• Showcasing your artistic culinary talents through your menu design
• Making key culinary operating decisions for all food outlets in the hotel
• Lead a team of diverse and professional culinary talent
• Responsible for the food culture and food safety of the hotel

 

Your experience and skills include:

• Experience in managing a fast paced hotel culinary operation while balancing all stakeholder expectations
• Strong administration and leadership skills with the ability to multitask
• Proven record of successfully leading, training and excuting standards of service in a kitchen setting
• Experience in coaching and mentoring employees to be their best
