Minimum 6-8 years of culinary experience in the luxury sector

HACCP knowledge and Food cost controlling oriented

Fluent in English both speaking and writing

Believe in and follow the brand’s vision, contributing his/her talent to the brand

Highly passionate, innovative and cooperative with the team

Perfectionist; a sharp eye for details that leads to excellence

Act as Public Relations and Culinary Ambassador

Ability to create menus by using Guest’s feedback, industry trends and competitive intelligence

Proven creativity and execution of F&B programs in a very dynamic and competitive market

Inter-departmental teamwork and exceptional customer service ability

Diploma in culinary Arts or related discipline

Excellent leadership skills
