In General responsible for overall activities operations of F&B Product Department in all outlets and oversee menu creation and market conditions. Managing food cost, conducting market survey along with Purchasing Team and has great understanding of the HACCP protocols.

Has passion in culinary and demonstrate the high standard of Hygiene & Sanitation.

Able to manage the F&B Product team to achieve the goals
