Pullman and Mercure King George Square is looking for an Executive Chef to support our culinary team to create unique experiences across our renowned venues; Goldfinch Restaurant & Street Café, Sixteen Antlers Rooftop Bar, KG Bar and Expresso Bar as well as in-room dining and the largest conference spaces in Brisbane incorporating 2 ballrooms. The five-star Accor Property is located centrally adjusted to King George Square and is a Brisbane City Landmark featuring 438 rooms across twin towers.

We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our leadership team who is passionate gastronomy and enjoy cultivating a team who share a similar passion for food, produce and guest experience.

Pullman & Mercure King George Square celebrates guest service and creating memorable experiences and as Executive Chef you must be open and elastic in being able to adapt your skills to creating great experiences, all of this underpinned by being a true Heartist.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Executive Chef in a similar leadership position, a flare for creativity and passion for people and service/experiences. You must be able to multitask at a high-level whist developing individual team members and the team as a whole.  You will also have a hands-on management style and flexible work ethic.
