Executive Chef - The Peninsula Beijing
Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Beijing, we are seeking an Executive Chef to be accountable for all aspects of the kitchen operation.

Key Accountabilities
- Ensure a high level of creativity and high quality standards
- Possess an excellent leadership ability with strong focus on training and upgrading of food quality/portion control
- Have an effective communication regarding food trends and market needs, local requirements on food sanitation laws, safety regulations to all staff
General Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience as Executive Chef in luxury Hotels, a total of 15+ years in Culinary experience
- Knowledgeable in hygiene/sanitation standards
- Bachelor’s Degree (for visa purposes)
