In your new role as the Executive Consultant for the Head of Research and Predevelopment, you will support and consult on the operational management of the department, for example in the preparation and follow-up of management reviews/meetings, communication and take responsibility for special topics and projects. You drive general strategy projects to develop required insights and strategic plans for the business Your tasks will span from the involvement in strategy projects and initiatives with a major impact for T RPD and Siemens. You will work on presentations and be responsible for the preparation of relevant strategic content You will be a part of the global and interdisciplinary team consisting of internal experts from different functions and hierarchical levels. Your areas of responsibility include involvement with internal and external stakeholders. You will actively drive these interfaces with high reliability, quality and political sensitivity. In alignment/cooperation with the communications team you will also drive the communication strategy and prepare relevant content and events. What you need to make real what matters. The basis for your success is an excellent academic track record with a Master’s degree in economics/business, engineering, computer science or another technical discipline. You have many years of experience in a consulting environment or in a strategy department; experience in an international group or a large research institute is an advantage.
