Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team to support day-to-day operations in Customer Care Center – hotline handling, order fulfillment, complaint handling  
  • Ensure data master maintenance on timely and accurate manners, for example, pricing, customer and/or other
  • Manage key accounts and maintain high standard of customer service excellence
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, effective and efficient service to customers
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and other departments
  • Contribute and support projects as assigned

Job requirements

  • Higher diploma/degree holder in any discipline
  • At least 3-4 years working experience in Customer Service, sales administration and/or order fulfillment
  • Good command of Microsoft applications
  • Good command of SAP and/or other ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills and possess logical and critical thinking
  • Proactive and sound interpersonal skills
  • Ability in multi-tasking and prioritizing workload
  • High attention to detail, follow-through and accuracy
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
