Job Description

Aufgaben

  • Executing and implementing business retention plans by cooperating with front line Sales Representatives and dealer team to push up retention rate to achieve company retention targets.
  • Implementing outbound call to approach customers to drive retention sales opportunities and cook sales leads for dealers/ direct sales team and trace follow-up status.
  • Proactively reminding and tracing Agility customers’ decisions of option exercise before maturity, and forward to respective parties for subsequent follow-ups.
  • Support Direct Sales team in managing customer services to secure business relationship.

Qualifikationen

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the related function, with industry experience is a plus.
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Customer oriented and with Can-do spirits
  • English proficiency in writing and speaking is a plus.
  • Mandarin proficiency in writing and speaking is a must.
  • Valid work permit in Taiwan is a must.
