Job Description

Responsibilities

- To provide excellent service by via various channels; ie, online, phone, customers visit. Attending to all inbound calls (e.g. general enquires, rental and accounts related), outbound calls (e.g. preliminary collections reminders, case follow-up, licence and insurance reminders) and in person (e.g. licence renewal, early termination arrangement) according to laid down procedures and guidelines

- To handle daily early collection calls & activities.
- To support late collections activities ; ie, repossession, remarketing, refinancing, recovery & restructuring
- To handle normal vehicle returns from agility contracts
- To collaborate with sales colleagues in working on customers’ retention
- To attend to customer requests (e.g. for statement of account, early termination quotations)
- To attend to dealer requests (e.g. borrowing of the Vehicle registration document and general enquiry for existing customers)
- To take care of the processes related to cross border application, early termination, & license renewal.
- To participate in ad-hoc projects related to process improvements, system enhancement and new product implementation
