Responsibilities
- To provide excellent service by via various channels; ie, online, phone, customers visit. Attending to all inbound calls (e.g. general enquires, rental and accounts related), outbound calls (e.g. preliminary collections reminders, case follow-up, licence and insurance reminders) and in person (e.g. licence renewal, early termination arrangement) according to laid down procedures and guidelines
- To handle daily early collection calls & activities.
- To support late collections activities ; ie, repossession, remarketing, refinancing, recovery & restructuring
- To attend to customer requests (e.g. for statement of account, early termination quotations)
- To attend to dealer requests (e.g. borrowing of the Vehicle registration document and general enquiry for existing customers)
- To take care of the processes related to autopay collection, receipting, early termination, regular termination, insurance policy renewal, license renewal. Support contract admin. team on daily operations
- To participate in ad-hoc projects (ie, customer retention programs, etc.) related to process improvements and new product / service development
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited institution
- Min 2-3 years’ experience with customer service for a premium brand
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is of an advantage
- Good Microsoft Office (Excel, Words & PPT) knowledge and skill
- Knowledge of auto financing terms and processes is of an advantage
- Service minded approach to tasks at hand, Customer focus
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
- Good tele-communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and be pro-active
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize
- Collections & delinquency mgt experience is of an advantage
- Ability to take responsibility and work independently / under pressure; drive results
- Ability to work in a team
