Job Description

Integration of Marketing Technology digitalization of sales lead process. Act as the product owner of various MarTech products to rollout and operate the digital tools used in Marketing and Retail sales funnel. Work closely with IT team and Marketing / Data team to align to project scope or product vision and roadmap.
- Lead Process management
- Digitalization of Sales Funnel lead process by utilizing the already defined digital tools
- Visualize the data generated from lead process and further discover insights to support business operation
- Oversee API and optimazation for MarTech Stack to improve workflows and eliminate manual work when and where identified
- Retail Digital Tool management
- Act as product owner to rollout and implement new functionalities on the retail digital tools, lead application and SalesTouch;
- Work closely with retail/IT and maintain the operation of retail tools;
- Optimize retail digital tools in sales process and operation level and monitoring mechanism.
- Wholesale Marketing Technology
- Operate and maintain wholesale Online platforms;
- Operate and maintain OneWeb, Inquiry site, EQ Wallbox wedsite, Marketing Tracking Tools (GA), Salesforce products (Marketing Cloud, Audience Studio, Datoroma) and Adobe Target with HQ/TW Digital Roadmap;
- Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout stakeholder's projects. Assess and resolve all high priorty project risks as enountered. Ensure all projects adhere to project methodology compliance and standards set by the company;
- Research new MarTech and provide recommendations on improving efficiencies with new or existing software, which applied to local applicaions.
