RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Dealer Development
- Experienced in retail and network working flows, be responsible for new showroom, service center development
- Manage processes and preparations for new site developing and ready for use
- Work with HQ with Distributor Agreement, handling Dealer agreement and service agreement between MBHK and dealer based on HQ blueprint and local market situations
- Work with Legal Consultant for all policies local applications
- Update dealer information in all kinds of systems
Manage Dealer Standards
- Work with HQ on the updated dealer standards, introduce and train dealer to apply to all MB’s dealer standards
- Keep cross-check and updating dealer standards and incorporate to the existing ones
- Conduct dealer auditing every year to all showrooms, service centers in MB authorized dealers in HK and Macau onsite
- Audit dealer for their training fulfillments, accounting, marketing etc.,
- Generate auditing reports, sign with dealer, handle follow-ups with dealer
Manage Dealer Achievements
- Work with BUs to make yearly/ quarterly targets to dealer for both PC and CV
- Manage target achievements oversight & reports necessary for dealer performance tracking in conjunction with Bus. Calculate all scores of dealer performance and related bonus, align with BU and Finance of MBHK, sign Target Achievements with dealer, follow up processes
Manage Dealer performance
- Utilize market surveys and researches to monitor and inspect dealer performance
- Coach and conduct agency to implement onsite researches
- Use these tools more strategically, review results with dealer, find out improvement solutions, follow up with further actions with dealer
Manage Dealer Management Budget
- Plan DM budget at the maximal use value
- Plan and assign budget to dealer incentive with a smart way
- Monitor and review budget usage regularly
REQUIREMENTS
- University Graduate or above
- Minimum 2-3 years or above experience in automotive industry or related experience
- Experiences in retail/network development or process improvement is preferred
- Automotive experience as a District Manager in Sales or Parts and Service is preferred
- Communicable, cooperative, organized and cautious
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
