Job Description

  • Ability to lead China’s consulting practice in a holistic process oriented approach based on a contemporary innovative methodology from vision to built works.

  • Continue to build and enhance the technical level of team.

  • Collaborate with staff to develop and execute Program consulting work.

  • Lead medium to large projects, responsible for financial management of the project, ensuring the project process on schedule and staff working together effectively.

  • Responsibility for regional market and project development work.

  • Maintain strong business relationship with existing and new clients to promote the recognition of the AECOM economic consulting practice in the market.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Master or Doctor degree in Economics or related Business Discipline.

  • 20 plus years experience as a Consulting Team Leader / Lead Economic Consultant or Consulting Project Manager.

  • Capability to lead and manage primary and intermediate economic consulting team.

  • Excellent coordination skills and ability to promote a cooperative team spirit across the practice and different departments.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Rich experience in strategy, industry, tourism or real estate consulting projects.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, desire for knowledge, adaptable to high pressure environment.

  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
