• Clients: A Global Construction Engineering Consultancy
• Position: Executive Director, Environmental & Sustainability(HK$ 1 Mil+) – Engineering Consultancy
• Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the strategic development and operation P/L of Environmental & Sustainability Business Line
• Manage teams to provide quality environmental and sustainable development services
• Interact with internal / external stakeholders for the implementation of new programmes
• Salary: $1 Mil+ per annum, bonus, medical

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Building Services, Environmental Engineering or related discipline
• Holder of RPE / MHKIE / MCIBSE (or other related professional qualification) with at least 10 years post-qualification experience
• Corporate membership of relevant professional institution(s) (e.g., LEED AP, BEAM Pro, REA)
• At least 15 years of experience with proven track record of sustainability assessment, green building assessment, energy management, sustainable building design and development of sustainability strategy/ framework
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good command of Putonghua would be an advantage
