Job Description:

• Establish a 5-year long range plan for Hong Kong Adventist Hospital Foundation
• Regular communication with donors
• Follow up with potential donors
• Recruitment of new donors
• Raise funds from both new and existing donors
• Initiate and/or assist in fundraising campaigns
• Invite beneficiaries for charity funds
• Maintain good relations with the community
• Work with Board of Governors, HKAHF staff, other NGOs, etc.
• Keep track of funds with timely reports

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, or similar areas
• At least 10 years work experience working for charities

• Personable, energetic, organized and can think independently
• Express ideas well and motivated by the causes which HKAHF serves
• Understand the dynamics of what it means to work with little resources to run a program
• Anticipate, handle needs arising from running of fundraising events
• Turn concepts to programs which can be executed and monitored
